The Good Manufacture Practices (GMP) compliance evaluation is based on the Official Mexican Standard NOM-251-SSA1-2009, which establishes the minimum Good Hygiene Practices that must be met in the process of food, beverages, and dietary supplements elaboration, to avoid contamination throughout the process.

The evaluation is flexible, which is why there are 2 levels of compliance depending on the organization:

La evaluación se calificará dependiendo de los requisitos de cumplimiento. Cada uno tiene un puntaje máximo que al final se comparará con el puntaje obtenido. Los posibles resultados se muestran a continuación:

No conformidad Menor -2
No conformidad Mayor -10
No conformidad Crítica -100


Criterios de calificación para la obtención de la certificación
Igual o mayor a 80 Deben cerrarse todas las no conformidades mayores para obtener la certificación.
Igual o mayor a 70 Deben cerrarse todas las no conformidades mayores, cuando no existan no conformidades mayores: se deben cerrar las no conformidades menores hasta incrementar la calificación a 80.
Menor a 70 Se considera que no se cumplen con los requisitosy se debe repetir la auditoria completa.
