It establishes the criteria for a quality management system when an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to provide products or services that comply with its clients’ requirements and applicable regulations.

- To keep internal auditors with the competence to develop internal audits.
- To keep associated records with at list one internal audit.
- To keep evidence of associated implementation with the documented process, registry control, taken actions, internal audits, among others.
- To keep associated records with the management commitment, where requirements for compliance is assured which the applicable standard indicates for such review.
- To assure the policy and defined objectives were associated and documented in accordance with the indicated standard requirements.
