It is designed to be implemented in different segments of the food industry: food manufacturing, packaging, storage and distribution, and services (transport washing).
The evaluation is flexible, so there are 2 levels of assessment according to the compliance of the organizations.

| Minor non-conformity | All major non-conformities must be closed to obtain certification. | 
| Major non-conformity | All major non-conformities should be closed. When there are no major non-conformities, minor non-conformities should be closed until the rating is increased to 80. | 
| Critical non-conformity | The requirements need to be considered met, and the complete audit is repeated. |
